Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a way for the food buying public to create a relationship with a farm and to receive a weekly amount of produce. By making a financial commitment to a farm, people become members (shareholder, subscribers) of the CSA. Becoming a member creates a relationship between the farmer, the food they eat, and the land in which it is grown.

Sirna’s Farm Inc., located in Auburn, has been offering quality fresh home grown, seasonal vegetables, herbs, and local products since 1997. They have found ways to produce higher yields without completely relying on the volatile northeastern Ohio weather and grow everything without the use of chemicals.

Not only do they grow all their own produce at the farm, they produce a large variety of products as well. By choosing to join Sirna’s CSA you will have easy access to all of your grocery needs including but not limited to: Free Range Brown Eggs, Homemade Sausage, Grass-Fed Angus Beef, Homemade Sirna Nut Butters, Honey, Maple Syrup, Jellies, Relishes, Local Wines and Cheese. Handmade Lotions and Body-wash, and more!

By becoming a member of Sirna’s CSA, not only will you be receiving the freshest organic produce available, you will also receive benefits at the farm including notifications of crop abundances for canning and preserving purposes, free tickets to their Fall Festival in October (Family 4, Petite 2), and weekly newsletters with farm updates, recipe suggestions, and more!

Use this program as an easy fix to grocery shopping, to step out of your comfort zone, to friend a farmer, a conversation piece, a way to diversify your recipe drawer, to eat healthier, to learn, to source locally, to connect and mingle with local friends and neighbors with similar interests. Whatever your reason is for joining, you’re sure to love it!

Two packages are available:

  • The Family Pack provides an amount for 2 adults and 2 children for 14 weeks. $400
  • The Petite Pack provides an amount for 2 adults, for 14 weeks. $250
