As part of a kick-off to Catholic Schools Week, Congressman Dave Joyce visited Notre Dame Elementary School on Monday, January 26.
Congressman Joyce congratulated NDES on becoming a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and believes the combined efforts of the parents, students, faculty and staff played a big part in that success. He also encouraged the students to develop their social skills by putting down their devices and talking to one another.
At the end of the talk, Joyce offered a very engaging question and answer period for the students.
