Absentee Voting

Absentee mail in voting for the March 17, 2020 Primary Election has been extended through April 28, 2020.

If you have not already voted in the Primary and you wish to vote in the Primary, you will need to mail a completed Absentee Application to:Geauga County Board of Elections

Help for Taxpayers, Businesses and Others Affected by COVID-19

The IRS, jointly with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, has extended a number of filing and payment obligations to July 15, 2020, including ERISA employee benefit plans that submit Form 5500 reporting. For more information click HERE

EPA Temporarily allowing Disinfectant Manufacture

The Agency has expanded its COVID-19 guidance on List N disinfectants to allow immediate production and sale without Agency approval, as long as notice of formulation and manufacturing changes is provided to EPA. Additionally, any registrant of a List N product containing specified active ingredients, such as glycolic acid and ethanol, may use any “similar” source of the active ingredient after notifying EPA.
