Did you know that almost everything in life can be considered a math problem? Inspired by the book The Math Curse, a book about a student who is cursed by seeing math everywhere, NDES 5th grade students were challenged to find math problems in their everyday lives.
As a collaborative and cross-curricular project with math and English, NDES 5th grade students worked in small groups and created a page that visualizes everyday math problems. All pages were then compiled in a book and will be on display at the NDES Learning Fair which will be held on Wednesday, April 22 from 6-8 p.m.
