What is it?
This is a give away of fresh fruit and vegetables to those that do not have access to affordable fresh produce.
Who can receive food?
Federal and State guidelines determine eligibility based on income and household size. Registration forms need to be completed by each client prior to each distribution. Proxy forms will be available for caregivers to receive food on behalf of the recipient.
When is it?
The third Saturday of every month, starting November 16, 2013,
from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., rain or shine.
Where is it?
Celebration Lutheran Church, 10621 Auburn Road, Chardon, OH 44024.
Distribution will be in the parking lot, please dress accordingly.
