Bella
Meet Bella, our 8 1/2 year old Australian cattle dog mix. Bella has been with us since April of 2013 and recently lost her canine companion who she has lived her entire life with. She seems sad but very eager for some special attention from staff and visitors. Please consider Bella as your new buddy as she deserves so much to be in a home. Bella wants to be at your side. She has learned to walk very nicely on a leash here at the shelter. She is 99% house broken and should get along well with quiet, older kids. Bella should not go to a home with cats. She will be happiest as the only pet in the house! Please come and learn more about her story…she has been waiting for you!

Dante
Dante has had quite the journey in his 7 years, but now he’s ready to settle down with his Forever Family and make it last! This tricolor Beagle is 99% house broken and enjoys playing with other dogs during doggie playgroup at Rescue Village. He has lived with everything from kids to cats and has gotten along fine with everyone he meets. Dante knows how to “sit” for a treat or two as well! Dante just has the sweetest soul and the kindest heart, and he would love more than anything if you would come visit him at Rescue Village! He will be on his best behavior, though in his excitement he may just jump up on you to say “Hello!” Come meet our awesome Dante today.

Elkabong
This is our large boy, Elkabong. He weighs in at sixteen pounds! And, that’s with his coat trimmed. He is outgoing and truly would love to be the only cat in his new home. He is only here because his owner passed away. He has a big spirit to match his large frame! He has not lived with cats, little kids, and dogs. We think he should be able to adjust to older kids and dogs but forget the other cat part! He would like to be king of his castle. Elkabong will make a loving, affectionate, playful pet for some lucky family out there!

Fido and Fimbo
This pair of lovers hope to be adopted out to the same home together. Once they adjust to their new setting they will be a loving pair. A quiet home is the environment where they will flourish. A beautiful shiny black coat on one, a lovely patchwork of black and white on the other. Fimbo and Fido! Sweetness and love!
