He is a graduate of Capital University Law School and the University of Michigan and a member of the Ohio, Cleveland and Geauga County Bar Associations as well as the Society of Human Resource Management.

Bonnie Troyer served as a Human Resources Manager at Swagelok and is owner of HR Strategies & Solutions, an HR services provider. Bonnie has over 18 years of diverse human resource experience providing HR leadership and support in professional, technical and operations departments. Bonnie received a master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State; a bachelor’s degree in Business from Kent State; and holds a 270 Coaching Certification.
