Enjoy the Annual Show of the Geauga Council for Arts & Culture at The West Woods Nature Center Through October 9th

The West Woods Nature Center is once again home to the annual show of the Geauga Council for Arts & Culture, one that local art admirers never want to miss.

Judged by professional artists, this fine show will remain on display daily 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through October 9th. Winners are as follows.

Oil Acrylic Painting:

  • First Place – Trish Kaman, Special Hat
  • Second Place – Barbara Yoxall, Storm
  • Third Place – Betty Lee Wanner, Monarch Butterfly
  • Honorable Mention – Donald Boncela, Jim Fencil’s Pond

Watercolor:

  • First Place – Mary Ann Boysen, Woodland Waterfall
  • Second Place – Char D’Errico, Just the 3 of Us
  • Third Place – Carol Prior, Young’uns at Modroos
  • Honorable Mentions – Pat Ingram, City Reflections; Lois Salmon Toole, Whispers of Fog; Kathy Oravecz, Casa de Randera; Marilyn White, Lucy
