Entrepreneurial endeavors take on many shapes and sizes, but in all cases, there are lessons to be learned
from those who take that leap. To honor the entrepreneurial spirit and inspire others, Geauga Growth
Partnership presents Mark Pollari, owner of Burton Station Fixtures. Mark Pollari began honing his talents and forming a strong work ethic
by age 13, when he worked summers for his dad on a turkey farm. His love for woodworking, which was inspired by his grandfather, led down numerous employment paths. His strengths in leadership, trouble shooting, problem solving and the ability to adapt to changes helped him to drive entrepreneurial endeavors and navigate the economic downturn of 2008. Meet Mark Pollari and hear how he seized opportunities, embraced change and made the most of the resources at hand, all along his career path.
Several times a year, GGP hosts Entrepreneur Success Breakfasts as a means to feature Geauga County entrepreneurs and connect them with the Geauga business community. These casual breakfast meetings include time to meet and greet, then a brief program where business owners share their stories with the help of a moderator.
Geauga Growth Partnerships hosts Entrepreneur Success Breakfasts, presented by its Entrepreneur Task Force (Christian Klein, Chair), as a way to provide networking and inspiration among Geauga County business leaders.
Geauga Growth Partnership is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization created in 2010, which works to retain and grow jobs, contribute to business growth and strengthen the local economy.
