Geauga Park District looks forward to celebrating veterans on Flag Day with a special picnic to say thank-you for serving our country on Thursday, June 14th, at Claridon Woodlands.
Registration is required at the new Geauga Park District or 440-286-9516 for veterans wishing to attend, with up to one guest, to enjoy food, live music and this exciting new park between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The band Blue Stone Union will be sharing their classic rock favorites, we’ll enjoy a tasty picnic grilled on site, and guests can walk around taking in the features of this new park, including the 32-foot-high ropes course! For those who’d prefer not to walk, park staff and volunteers will also have the EZ Go trail vehicle ready to provide tours of these fine new trails.
Claridon Woodlands is located at 11383 Claridon Troy Road, Claridon Township, OH 44024. Activities will be partially accessible. Please call in advance with questions.
