GGP is Hiring an Administrative Assistant
Geauga Growth Partnership is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of the organization. This individual will handle a variety of tasks from invoicing membership to scheduling venues for events and preparing materials for various meetings. In addition, this team member will help with the maintenance of the organization’s contact database, as well as complete tasks that support other members of the team. Candidates with strong relationship management and communication skills, organizational and project management experience, and the ability to function as a member of a team are encouraged to apply. Must have computer skills, such as using Microsoft Office. Experience with QuickBooks a plus. Basic computer skills testing will take place prior to hiring. Benefits include paid time off and 401k savings and matching (after meeting eligibility criteria).

GGP is Seeking Trainers
Geauga Growth Partnership was formed in 2010 to provide support to Geauga County businesses including growth, attraction, and retention of their workforce. Since 2015, GGP has coordinated Workforce Development trainings with community trainers and Kent State University, Geauga. Over 150 supervisors have been trained in the last 3 years in Supervision & Management. GGP now seeks a new trainer/trainers to continue this important request of local companies. Geauga County employers need training available for front line supervisors as well as administrative managers. Training should be designed for individuals new to supervision and seasoned managers.
