“It’s Alive” Frankenstein “1930” at Geauga Theater!

Wear a costume to Frankenstein “1930” at Geauga Theater during a Sunday matinee, October 14 or 21, and receive a free concession or $2.00 off any ticket priced $13.00 or more.

frankensteinFrankenstein “1930”, an adaptation of the Mary Shelley novel, brings a generous mix of comedy and fright to the story as Dr. Frankenstein experiments with creating life. Drawing inspiration from the 1931 film Frankenstein, this version amplifies the film’s suspenseful horror and adds greater depth of character and motivation as well as a new and different love story.

Geauga Lyric Theater Guild’s Frankenstein “1930”, sponsored by Junction Auto Family and directed by Marc Moritz, runs October 5 through October 21. Performances are at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and at 2 p.m for two Sundays. Tickets are $15.00 for adults, $13.00 for students/senior, and special child rate for those 12 and younger of $8.00. This production is recommended for children approximately 8 and older, however we suggest that parents call with any questions regarding the content.
