The Kiwanis Club of Chardon is pleased to announce the return of the Corn Roast on the Historic Chardon Square. The Corn Roast is held each year to celebrate the bounty of the growing season.
The sixth annual Corn Roast will take place September 7, from noon to 6 p.m. on the Historic Chardon Square. The event will feature entertainment, an auction, and corn from hometown favorite Sage’s Apples.
All proceeds raised from the Corn Roast will go toward scholarships and other programs the club supports every year in the greater Chardon area to help our community.
“What is better than coming out on a nice fall day to enjoy the taste of locally grown corn,” said event chairperson and member of the club Jim Rayl. “What can be better than a wonderful afternoon with your family and going home knowing you helped your community.”
The Kiwanis Club of Chardon would like to invite you to this annual magnificent event. For more information about the Corn Roast or the Kiwanis, please visit the website
