Literary Cleveland is seeking submissions of original work for our third annual Humanities Fest staged reading in March!
2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the Cuyahoga River fire, a milestone event that led to the passage of the Clean Water Act and galvanized the environmental movement in Northeast Ohio and beyond. As part of a yearlong celebration of that legacy, we invite you to contribute a poem, personal essay, short story or other literary work addressing the 50th anniversary of the Cuyahoga River Fire.
