Join The GANG for a Musical Celtic Celebration on March 19

The Geauga Art Network Group’s (GANG) will be celebrating all things Celtic at their 19th annual Celtic Music Singalong in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. The program, which is free and open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, March 19th, at the Heinen’s Cafe at 402 Center Street in Chardon, Ohio from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The GANG invites music lovers of all ages to join in the jam session as Geauga minstrel, Nicky Bucur, is joined by surprise guests who will be performing a lively selection of Irish and other Celtic tunes. The community is invited to bring along any nostalgic items reflecting on their Celtic heritage; for example, sheet music, poems, keepsakes, and personal reminiscences.

Nicky Bucur has been bringing his eclectic mix of folk, rock, and traditional music to the Geauga community for many years. Both professional and amateur musicians are invited to bring along their own instruments and join in the fun. The Geauga Arts Network Group is an ad hoc group whose mission is to promote communication, collaboration, and cooperation across artistic disciplines for artists living and/or working in Geauga County and surrounding communities. For further information, contact Nicky Bucur at 216-240-1501.
