Cardinal Middle School was honored to have Judge Timothy Grendell visit Cardinal Middle School to recognize five young men from the 8th grade who completed the Circles program through the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association. Xander R., Conner C., Jeremy R., Maclain R., and Trace F. all received certificates from Judge Grendell for being Outstanding Students in the Circles program. Circles is a restorative justice program that helps those participating in it develop leadership skills. School administrators select students to participate in Circles – which meets after school for two hours. While there, students begin to learn effective leadership skills, how to identify bullying and develop effective tools to deal with bullies. We are extremely proud of this group of young men and look forward to watching them become leaders in the future!
