Junction Auto Donates New High Speed Computer to Local Animal Shelter

June has been designated Adopt-A Shelter-Cat Month by the ASPCA. Though June may be almost gone, the kitties are not! How do I know? Because I just clicked on this link and am at this very minute watching one care giver as she is tending 10 -14 beautiful, happy cats (they keep going in and out a door!) on their new live streaming video system! I can see five cute, baby-sized beds against the left wall, a cat stand with three levels in the back left corner where two kitties are lounging, a sink with a window behind it where one handsome gray striped kitty is drinking from, and ‘residents’ happily wandering about in a very calm and contented manner.

You can now get your cat fix 24/7 thanks to Ed Babcock of the Junction Auto Family who graciously donated the computer equipment. Dave Distler, a Geauga County resident and sales associate at Junction Auto, designed and installed the system. Dave’s wife Ellen manages Caroline’s Kids No-Kill Cat Shelter in Concord Township where they house 200+ cats that have been previously neglected, abused, or homeless. The streaming video system allows people around the world to view the daily activities and antics of the shelter kitties and their caregivers 24/7.

Hello, my name is Caroline and even though I’ve gone to the Rainbow Bridge, my spirit lives on in Caroline’s Kids Pet Rescue.

Caroline’s Kids helps old and sick cats, like myself, to live out their lives with care and compassion. Caroline’s Kids Pet Rescue has a no-kill philosophy that allows these furkids, who have nowhere else to go, to live with dignity. Thanks to generous donors, Caroline’s Kids is making a difference in the lives of cats. The kitties of Caroline’s Kids send purrs of thanks.

Purring too,
Caroline

If you would like to view some of their current residents, just click on their link. PURRhaps you’ll find yourself watching a particular kitty that you would like to be introduced to. If so, you can then make an appointment, visit the sanctuary, and see what kitties are up for adoption.
