Turkey-themed scavenger hunt for the whole family
Out of school? Need something to do? Pay attention to this clue: On a rhyming scavenger hunt you will go, to uncover turkey facts you did not know!
The Turkey Trottin’ Scavenger Hunt will take place on Friday-Sunday,
November 23-25 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at The West Woods Nature Center.
Participants will embark on a family-friendly, fact-finding mission about turkeys by following riddles that will bring them to the locations of paper turkey feathers with answers to turkey-related questions. Don’t worry, most of the clues are indoors; however, getting a breath of fresh air is always a plus.
Registration is not required for this free activity that is for all ages and wheelchair / stroller accessible; just drop in with your family during program hours.
