Local artist, Karen Hopwood, of Chesterland, will have artwork on display at the Geauga County Public Library’s Geauga West Branch (13455 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland) in the Eykyn Room during the month of September.
Hopwood began painting in the 1960s, taking every class she could, while her husband was in the service in Monterey, California. Her travels inspire her work. The work on display will feature experimental reverse painting on glass, collage, and florals from her travels and home garden.
