Tom Salo, from Salo Maple Products will discuss tapping trees, collecting sap, and making syrup. He welcomes questions and is enthusiastic about sharing his love of making Maple syrup each Spring. Tom will have products available for purchase, and refreshments made with Maple syrup will be served! $15pp
