We are pleased to offer four unique, chef-attended culinary stations along with our delicious all-you-can-eat buffet. Guaranteed to delight Mom and your guests!

1. Table service includes an artisan bread bord with a variety of freshly baked breads, honey, oils, and butter, along with a fresh salad course.

2. Cocktail Hour Appetizers Station – Start your meal with our fresh Basil & Tomato Crostini along with Chicken & Waffle Shooters made with house Fried Chicken, freshlymade Belgian Waffles, and our signature Bourbon Maple Syrup.

3. Chef-Manned Carving Station – Enjoy our freshly-roasted Honey-Roasted Ham and Peppercorn-Crusted Beef Strip Loin, hand-carved and served to you by one of our World-Class Chefs. Our delicious Chicken Piccata will also be available at the buffet station.

4. Chef-Manned Made to Order Pasta Station with Tabletop Stove –

a. Fettuccini, Tortellini, and Penn pastas, freshly prepared.

b. Homemade Marinara, Creamy Parmesan Alfredo, or Herbed Olive Oil & Garlic sauces.

c. Chef-Prepared Tableside Pasta Station with all the fixings to Create Your Own pasta dish.

d. Topping it off, your choice of our delicious Meatballs, crispy Country Bacon, or freshly prepared Sausages.

5. Chef-Manned Unlimited Buffet – Accompany your meal with roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash medley, savory Rosemary & Mushroom Rice Pilaf, Garlic Confit Green Beans, and creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

6. Chef-Manned Kirtland Creamery Ice Cream Station – A table full of Kirtland Creamery ice cream flavors, overflowing with toppings for you to create the Ultimate Sundae!
