Lowe’s Greenhouse is pleased to announce that it has been selected as an official florist for the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this summer!
Jeff Griff, Owner said, “Because we are more than just a florist, we had a distinct advantage over others in the running. We can provide annuals and trees and all sorts of plants in addition to flowers – that helped us secure ‘official’ status, I’m sure.” Denise, in the floral department said, “We could not be more thrilled to represent our city to the rest of the country during this exciting time!”
This is just one recent honor in a long history of honors received by the local independent garden center. Founded in 1926 by Carlton Lowe and then purchased by Griff’s grandfather in the 1950’s, the family has always strived for excellence, and the honors prove it.
The florist has been named Best of the Best by The Knot magazine four times in the last 5 years.
In addition, Lowe’s Greenhouse is an alumni of the Weatherhead 100 (one of the fastest growing companies in northeastern Ohio), has been toured by many national garden center educational tours, and for the eighth year in a row has been named one of the country’s 100 Most Revolutionary garden centers.
