Reiki is a natural healing technique which uses a gentle laying on of hands. A Reiki session is deeply relaxing and creates a sense of wellbeing.

During this class, you will learn a brief history of Reiki, the hand positions to treat yourself as well as loved ones who are seated in a chair, lying on a massage table, and even those who are restricted to a hospital bed. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers to learn how to use the Reiki energy to heal themselves as well as the ones they are caring for. All class materials provided. Please bring a brown bag lunch.
