Movie Night on the Square

squareThe Chardon Healing Fund and Chardon Local Schools are pleased to present “Movie Night on the Square” in historic downtown Chardon on Wednesday, August 8 for a showing of The Muppet movie. The event will serve as a way to bring the community together as we continue to heal.

The event will begin at 8:00 p.m. and will be filled with fun, games, and entertainment such as cornhole, a sidewalk chalk contest, and face painting. In addition, many local vendors will be sharing their services including chair massages and visits with therapy dogs. You won’t want to miss the special guest appearances that happen throughout the evening by the miniature horse, Jr. Deputy Rick O’Shay, as well as Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain America, and Dora the Explorer! The Muppets (2011) staring Amy Adams, Jason Segal, and Chris Cooper will begin at 9:30 p.m. Attendees of all ages will enjoy watching as three fans help The Muppets reunite to save their old theater from a greedy oil tycoon.
