Join us to learn a variety of coping skills, presented by trained clinicians. Identify how to easily incorporate these skills into your daily life and increase your sense of well being. Discover community and online resources to add to your tool box. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from fellow family members and loved ones.
