NAMI Family and Friends Support Group Presents: Coping Skills 101: Tools for Everyday Life

All loved ones who must deal with the strain of serious or chronic illness in their midst eventually ask the questions “How do I keep going in all this? How can I maintain my own happiness and well-being and still meet the responsibilities of caring for my loved one?” Although the stress brought on by this situation can be overwhelming at times, utilization of coping skills can help create some balance in your life.

Join us to learn a variety of coping skills, presented by trained clinicians. Identify how to easily incorporate these skills into your daily life and increase your sense of well being. Discover community and online resources to add to your tool box. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from fellow family members and loved ones.
