Get started recording the Great Outdoors in your own voice.

Ever wanted to start Nature journaling, but weren’t sure where to start? Learn from Naturalist Renell Roebuck by registering for programs in Geauga Park District’s new Nature Journaling Series, exploring a different Nature study topic each month on a Monday morning.

July 20 is the series’ introduction, featuring basic journaling techniques. August 17 will feature aquatic invertebrates, and September 21 will feature which critters call the milkweed plant home, all with practice recording your Nature observations.

A one-time fee of $20 in-county/$24 out-of-county for this series will cover the cost of your program materials including a journal, pen and colored pencils. Taking photos to include in your journaling is optional but another possible way to enjoy your experience.

Register for one or all of these sessions by phone at 440-279-0880.
