On January 21, students from St. Mary, St. Anselm, St. Helen and NDES participated in the Geauga Catholic Schools Spelling Bee.
Representing St. Mary was Melanie Schaefer, representing St. Anselm was Maxwell Kristoff, representing St. Helen was Garrett Sah, and representing NDES was Kevin Ravakhah.
The event concluded with NDES 5th grade student Kevin Ravakhah as the champion. Kevin will advance to the Geauga County Spelling Bee and represent the Catholic schools on February 10.
