Oak and Embers Tavern, located in Chesterland, just celebrated their Grand Opening on November 1. Now this fabulous restaurant is pleased to announce they are offering full-service catering for the upcoming holidays.
“Although a lot of people may not think of barbecue for their holiday gathering, our smoked ribs, brisket, pork and chicken are the perfect addition to any event,” says Gretchen Garofoli, the proprietor of Oak and Embers. “In addition, for the holidays, we are also offering smoked turkeys, whole or breast, smoked ham, salmon and prime rib. You can smoke pretty much anything and our Southern Pride smoker using hickory adds an incredible flavor,” continued Garofoli.
Garofoli added, “Our house-made sides are also perfect for any occasion. The baked beans, apple slaw, cheddar smashed potatoes and creamy cheddar grits are fantastic. And everything holds up for long periods and can be amazing as leftovers served cold or hot.”
