Heritage Hills RV Park in Thompson, Ohio is hosting a pancake breakfast this Sunday, June 30, to raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project. The mission of this organization is:
- To foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation’s history.
- To raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members.
- To help injured service members aid and assist each other.
- To provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.
This family operated business, owned by Don and Cheryl Arnold, holds this organization in high regard and encourages everyone to come out in show of support. Their son Cody serves in the U.S.Navy.
“Please tell your friends and family about this event. We also have two of our own campers showing their support with proceeds from candle sales and jewelry sales going to the Wounded Warrior Program as well,” say Cheryl. “Please show your support to our troops. All proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project ! Please tell your friends… the more the better!”
The breakfast will be from 9 a.m – 12 p.m.

Heritage Hills is located in beautiful Geauga County in NE Ohio, only 4 miles south of I-90, on 70 acres with lots of green space and surrounding trees. Electric and water hookups are available at all RV sites. Full sewer is also available on select sites. Our sites are large and secluded. A family atmosphere will surround you when you arrive. The two lakes at the campground will provide you with plenty of swimming or fishing, or both if you prefer.
