Parkman Cub Scout Troop 4076 held flag-raising ceremonies at CMS and CIS on 9/11. According to the pack leader, the event was a community service project for the scouts and, along with that, helps them practice proper flag raising techniques.
It was also an excellent way to teach other students about respect for their country.
