Do you want to refine your skills in life-like drawing? This class will focus on drawing from life including the human face, still life objects, perspective, and space. At this stage of art development, students desire to draw life-like objects, people, animals, and places. Through fun and engaging exercises we will practice studying what is being drawn, perspective and diminishing size to give the illusion of space, and other key techniques. Students will also observe drawings by well-known and local artists.
“My goal is for each student to gain skills in drawing, composition, group and self-critique, and to enjoy class time!” –Katie
Each 6 week class is $90 plus $10 material fee
