Pygmy Connection 4-H Goat Club Elects 2014 Officers

The Pygmy Connection 4-H goat club held their first 2014 club meeting Saturday, January 11, at the Patterson Center in Burton. The club celebrated the holidays with a gift exchange, and new club officers were elected.

Syndey Henry is the 2014 club president. Megan Stark was elected vice president. The club secretary is Elizabeth Naylor, and the treasurer is Ali Lesner. Julia Surace is the health and safety officer. Graycen Wood is the club news reporter. The recreation coordinator is Elizabeth Naylor and the technology officer, responsible for updating the club’s Facebook page, is Teagan Turner. The club’s photographers are Hayven Snode and Kayla Borsi. The club also established a decorating committee of five club families to coordinate the club’s participation in events like the Great Geauga County Fair booth.

Club members, parents, and families will be going bowling on January 31. The club’s next meeting will be Sunday, February 2, at the Patterson Center. If you are interested in joining the club or learning more about Geauga County 4-H, please contact the Extension Office at 440-834-4656.
