All of Chardon Middle School will be participating in a literacy initiative this school year entitled R.E.D. (Read Every Day).
It is our belief that reading is the foundation for all learning. Therefore, our goal is to provide opportunities for our students and staff to improve their literacy skills by providing silent reading time during the school day.
If needed, students will continue to have opportunities for mathematics intervention and resource support during this scheduled time.
