SCOUT DAYS – Dress for the weather and explore Geauga parks to earn scouting credit  


Attention scouts and parents of scouts: Geauga Park District’s winter Scout Days programs are here, and registration is now open for all of them by phone only at 440-286-9516.

 

Please note that maximum registration per person is four scouts, and face coverings are currently recommended for all are indoor programs.

 

Junior Girl Scouts – Geocacher Badge

Saturday, February 12, 9:30-11:30 AM, at The Rookery

Join us for a morning of high-tech hide & seek as you work toward your Geocacher Badge. Bring your own GPS unit or enabled device or use ours.

 

Scout Day: Webelos Walkabout

Saturday, February 12, 12:30-3 PM, at The Rookery

Join us for the Walkabout Core Adventure! We’ll complete requirements 1, 2, 3 4 (partial) & 5, starting indoors for a brief opening program, then proceeding outside for a hike.

 

Scout Day: Bear Cub Scouts – Fur, Feathers & Ferns

Saturday, March 12, 9:30-11:30 AM, at Swine Creek Reservation

Join us to work on your Fur, Feathers & Ferns Adventure. We’ll work on requirements 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 to fully complete it.

 

Scout Day: Cadette Girl Scouts – Trees Badge

Saturday, March 12, 1-3 PM, at Swine Creek Reservation

Join us in the sugarbush to learn about trees as part of the Trees Legacy Badge. We’ll cover requirements 1, 2, 4 & 5.
