For that scout in your life, Geauga Park District is proud to announce its new repertoire of wintertime Scout Day programs that will help achieve his or her goals!
At The West Woods Nature Center, opportunities on Saturday, January 28th, are Brownie Girl Scouts Hiker Badge and Wolf Cub Scout Paws on the Path; and on Saturday, February 18th, are Boy Scout Bird Study Merit Badge and Senior & Ambassador Girl Scouts Outdoor Art.
Then, at Swine Creek Reservation during maple sugaring season, opportunities on Saturday, March 18th, are Cadette Girl Scouts Tree Badge and Bear Cub Scouts Fur, Feathers & Ferns Core Adventure.
Registration is required for all of these programs at Geauga Park District or 440-286-9516. Details and covered requirements for these achievements are listed on the website. For completed merit badges, a certified merit badge counselor will be on site to sign off. Please call ahead with any additional questions.
