On Friday, October 4, senior Megan Thomas was awarded the $3,000 Longo Scholarship. Mrs. Longo is a 1968 graduate of Berkshire High School and created this annual scholarship in 2012 to assist students applying to a 2 year, 4 year or technical school. Each applicant was required to write an essay on what has been the most important lesson in life that he/she has learned so far.
