Warren – The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District would like to announce that the District’s Board of Directors approved a 2nd round of Go Green
Community Grants, benefitting multiple communities in Geauga and Trumbull Counties. These grants improve and promote recycling through financing the purchase of recycling
containers for public spaces, encouraging the proper disposal/recycling of electronics vs. their harmful components ending up in landfills, and supporting a healthy recycling
system by using collected plastics in the manufacturing of new products, like park benches and picnic tables.
