Spend the Holidays with Annie and Daddy Warbucks at Geauga Lyric Theater Guild

Daddy Warbucks may be able to offer to buy Annie everything she wants in Geauga Lyric Theater Guild’s production of Annie Warbucks, but the most important things can’t be bought. In this family holiday show, Annie learns the true meaning of family.

Sara Jurgens, a Lakeland Community College freshman, plays Ella Patterson, a member of a family Annie finds while she is on the run. “One of my favorite aspects is the sense of love and learning that this show will present to the audience. The song “Love” itself shows Annie that love isn’t the material objects that are given to you, but the thought that goes into them. This show is all about the meaning of family and I cannot wait to show it to the public.”

Dennis Harvey (Drake the Butler) says this of the show, and the Geauga Lyric Theater; “The environment respects your time and pushes you with understanding of your perceived limitations. There is a lot of energy and creativity for both young and older alike. There is room for everyone. Go ahead and try one for yourself and /or join your children in a fun activity while serving the community.”

So come enjoy some feel good moments in a family friendly holiday show. Annie Warbucks will run from December 5 through 21. Tickets are $10 for children, $13 for students and seniors, and $18 for adults.

The historic Geauga Theater is located on beautiful Chardon Square at 101 Water Street, Chardon, Ohio. For more information or to purchase tickets online visit the GLTG website.
