You are cordially invited to attend the 16th annual Friends of WomenSafe Spring Luncheon, “Splash!” Wednesday, May 13, 2015, in the Banquet Room at St. Mary’s, 401 North Street in Chardon. Hear guest speaker Tami Brown, Executive Director of the Cleveland Aquarium, talk about the interesting things happening at the Cleveland Aquarium.

Up to 50% of homeless women and children are fleeing domestic violence. By attending this fundraiser, you will be part of the solution for families and individuals in crisis. The Friends of WomenSafe exist solely to generate unrestricted funds to support the important work of WomenSafe. We would love to see you at St. Mary’s as you treat yourself to a lovely afternoon and support this worthy cause!

The doors will open at 11:30 a.m., giving you time to buy tickets for the lavish Chinese Auction items offered every year. Items include certificates for restaurants, overnights, jewelry made by area artists and specialty baskets to name just a few of the items you can win. Reserve House Catering will prepare the delicious lunch, and we will be serenaded with the beautiful music of harpist Virginia Dickson. The price remains at only $30.00 per person, with vegan/vegetarian or gluten free meals for $35.00. Make your reservations online at www.fows.info and click on the reservations link to pay by credit card or call 440.285.3741 for more information.
