Devin is still available and has been waiting since July at the Trumbull County Pound in Warren, Ohio.
He is neutered, vaccinated and sponsored $100 for any additional needs. He does have heartworm, but don’t let that scare you away. His treatment is sponsored!! We’d love to see Devin in a home for his treatments, as they can be very hard on the dogs. Devin is estimated at around 4yrs. old and was about 42lbs at intake. He has probably put on some weight since then. He walks well on a leash once away from the noisy pound, and will even look up at you for reassurance that you are still there. He even knows some basic commands! He’ll do about anything for a treat. He’s sweet, loving, fun and so so smart. Devin would do best in an adult only home though. He just needs someone to give him a chance to be the best version if himself
