The nation-wide substance abuse crisis remains in the news, and behind the scenes Geauga County organizations continue to take steps to stem the tide. Hear updates from experts what we’re seeing and what we’re doing about the opioid, alcohol and substance abuse crisis and learn what you need to know.
A series of brief presentations will address topics, such as the current state of the crisis in the region, new drugs or trends, and warning signs. Presenters will share advancements in treatment options and resources, and the impacts of addiction on workplace policies and responses.
