The Metzenbaum Center Holds Book Signing

On Monday, March 3, 2014, the Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, also known as The Metzenbaum Center, kicked-off Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month with a book-signing by author Barry Henkin. His autobiography, Why Am I So Special? talks about how he overcame the physical, mental, emotional, and societal obstacles that have confronted him since birth. Barry read some excerpts from the book and individuals and staff asked questions.
