Fall is in the air and that means that the holiday season can’t be far behind! Get a jump on your holiday gift shopping at the Friends of WomenSafe Tickled Pink Shopping Extravaganza. For the low admission price of $1.00 (children under 12 free) on Saturday, October 12, 2013 shoppers can choose from a large variety of merchandise including one-of-a-kind jewelry creations, clothing, candy, purses, cosmetics, specialty soaps, chocolate covered strawberries, and food. You’ll have the chance to win great items at the Chinese Auction or cash from the 50/50 Raffle! Reasonably priced hot dogs and beverages will be available as well as homemade treats from the bake sale table. Shopping hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Kent State University Geauga Campus, 14111 Claridon-Troy Road in Burton.
