Are you familiar with Dish…Cuisine by Design and Traci Holzheimer? If you are, then you may also know she has been involved with the Patterson Fruit Farm family for quite some time. “I’ve become so attached to the entire family, staff, and extended family and friends, I’m not sure I’d be happy without my connection!” says Traci.
Traci has been a part of the Orchard Hills Cafe at the fruit farm for years, but as of June 14, she is now running it independently.
What can you expect? Fresh salads, hand cut fries, Traci’s ever-so-popular fried bologna sandwich with sautéed onions, red pepper relish, topped with melted provolone cheese; homemade potato chips, milkshakes, sauerkraut dogs, walking tacos, gyros, and….DEEP FRIED PICKLES! Need I say more?
Ready for lunch? “You have no idea what you’re in for! Come with your expectations high! We will only exceed them!” promises a very enthusiastic Traci.
