Chardon Youth Summer Jam 2012
The Chardon Community Action Team and Geauga Music Center are proud to announce the return of Summer Jam. Summer Jam is a yearly local event held on the Chardon Square to provide an opportunity for our local youth to highlight their musical talent.
The Annual Summer Jam will take place on the historic Chardon Square on Saturday, June 16 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM. This year’s event will be the eighth year that CCAT has sponsored youth band concerts. There will be local individual acts and groups performing throughout the day and evening. There is no admission charge, and most activities are free to those who attend.
This year we will have a lot of young local talent ranging from one man acts to polka,” said Anne Marie, owner of Geauga Music Center and Co-Chair of the Summer Jam.”There will be lots of good music and other fun activities.”
Teenagers are encouraged to attend to see their classmates perform throughout the day and evening. If you or a friend is interested in performing, there is still time to sign up.
