Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math took over the halls at CMS May 18th. 6th grade students once again lined them to give their presentations on STEM careers. Students are required to research a particular career of interest in the science, technology, engineering, or math areas, create a display, and give a presentation to staff and students dressed as a professional from that career. Parents were also invited to come in for the presentations. Some of this year’s represented professions included a construction worker, 3D animator, marine biologist, STEM teacher, automotive designer, special effects technician, physicians, and several veterinarians – including one student who brought in a live rabbit as part of his display! Great job everyone!
