Hidden in Plain Sight Exhibit Visits Cardinal

On Wednesday April 23, 2014, Cardinal High School and the Middlefield Police Department hosted a traveling exhibit called “Hidden in Plain Sight.” This exhibit, created by the Bath and Copley Township Police Departments, enlightened participants about how to recognize if their teenager may be involved in risky or even illegal activity.

An average teenager’s bedroom was reconstructed, complete with scattered clothing, school supplies and common everyday products most teenagers use. Officers from the Bath and Copley Township Police Departments discussed the at-risk behaviors associated with drug and alcohol abuse with parents and community members in the hopes of raising awareness and making a difference in our community.
