The staff at Geauga News recently had a ‘creative blast’ with Miss Car over at MC Studio in Burton as we all made attempts to produce our finest art work with the materials presented to us in little quart bags. Our little competition was patterned after the cooking show ‘Chopped.’ Plenty of additional supplies were on hand, but we were instructed to be sure to use what was in our bags within the 20 minutes we were allowed as we drew, painted, and/or constructed a fantastic (or not-so-fantastic) themed art piece.
We started out as six contestants, but each round someone was eliminated by a pair of judges. It was quite enlightening to see what we each came up with while under the watchful eye of Time! Here we all are working diligently away as the clock was ticking….
