The Pygmy Connection 4-H club is very excited for the Great Geauga County Fair! In preparation for fair, the club attended Skill-a-thon project judging on July 19. Every member earned a blue ribbon. Club members, along with their goats, also attended a showmanship/goat care clinic at advisor Traci Snode’s barn. Members practiced for the fair and learned how to trim hooves and give injections to their goats.
The Pygmy Connection will be taking their annual camping trip at Punderson August 1-3. A parent’s golf tournament, side walk chalk competition, balloon toss, and family picnic are among some of the fun events the club has planned. Look for The Pygmy Connection in the small arena at the Great Geauga County Fair (August 28 – September 1).
