“I was an engineer for 27 plus years and even though I was indirectly helping others, I was not feeling the same joy I do when that person is in front of me,” says Craig. “The compassion and joy of knowing that I helped someone in some way at the end of each day is so rewarding. I wake up, not just to do a job, but to make a difference in someone else’s life each and every day.”

What would Craig do with the $150,000?

“Transportation is a great need in our community, and the grant would allow for the purchase of a transport van to help seniors to their doctor appointments or activities. Our passion to help seniors remain in their homes as long and comfortably as possible is largely dependent upon the availability of reliable vehicles. It would be a dream come true knowing I can move forward helping the senior community.”

They would also make available more education programs for the seniors and their families, add support groups for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients through classroom instruction, printed materials, online instruction, etc., and educate the children of seniors who are next in line.

It takes less than 30 seconds to vote! Let’s all help Craig become eligible for the grant by securing the 250 notes he needs. Vote – then ask your friends to do the same!

Friday, October 17, 2014 is the last day to vote.
